Symptoms

Sometimes SCTP traffic is unidirectionally dropped on one link after an SCTP link down occurs.

Impact

Flow creation on the wrong TMM and some traffic is dropped.

Conditions

-- SCTP configured and BIG-IP is passing traffic -- A link goes down

Workaround

Disable SCTP flow redirection. tmm.sctp.redirect_packets == disable
