Symptoms

CPU usage is represented as 100% for each CPU core, so for instance top may report CPU usage above 100% for a two CPU system, given that in that case 200% would actually represent the full CPU capacity. Here for vCMP with 'n' CPUs reporting more than n*100% for CPU utilization.

CPU utilization is incorrectly shown.
