BIG-IQ fails to authenticate users with RADIUS.
Users are unable to log in to BIG-IQ because RADIUS authentication failed.
When BIG-IQ is configured to use RADIUS for authentication and the RADIUS server attributes are appended with Unicode characters.

This issue is now fixed and RADIUS authentication works as expected.
