With hardware SYN cookie mode enabled, final ACK validation during flow accept fails and ACK packets are dropped. Such error messages are being logged in LTM logs : "An Enforced Device DOS attack start was detected for vector TCP half-open"
ACK packets are wrongly dropped, causing traffic interruption.
