The IPsec service is not creating logs.
IPSec service does not function.
This can be seen as soon as IPSec service is activated. When you run the following command from BIG-IQ # curl -sk -XGET -u admin:admin https://localhost:9200/_template | jq keys ..the output does not display the following entry "ipsec-event-logs_template"
