Symptoms

When enabling the xnet-ixlv or iavf driver, all packets have the VHO flag set.

Impact

All packets have VHO flag set increasing the VHO counter. All packets should not have a VHO flag set, especially when the packets are passed from an untagged interface of VLAN.

None

Fix Information

Only appropriate packets will have the VHO flag set.
