Attempted to create the partition <partition name>, and the ASM Policy <ASM-Policy> with all the requested customization using REST/AS3 calls, but the Swagger file was not uploaded. This works on version 16.1.0 but on 15.1.4 you must use the GUI to manually import the swagger file.
You cannot use iControl REST AS3 to add a swagger file to BIG-IP version v15.1.x
