Symptoms

When discovering and importing servcies for a BIG-IP device, the BIG-IQ screen displays a message: Waiting for BIG-IQ services to become available. After that, the process might temporarily or permanently be halted, and BIG-IQ logs you out.

Impact

BIG-IP import and service discovery fails, the screen becomes unavailable, and you're unable to import and discover services for that device even after logging back into BIG-IQ.

Conditions

An import of BIG-IP devices with the LTM/DNS device with large configurations to BIG-IQ can cause resource constraints on BIG-IQ.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

This issue is fixed and importing and discovering BIG-IP devices with large LTM/DNS services is successful.
