In the GUI via System :: Software Management : Update Check or in tmsh show sys software update-status there may be errors relating to GeoIP similar to the following: "file /shared/GeoIP/v2/F5GeoIPRegion2v2.dat is not owned by any package"
This issue is cosmetic and does not affect GeoIP lookup operation. The error can be safely ignored.
After the BIG-IP reboots and GeoIP data is installed.
Reinstall or update the geoIP data
