After receiving a GOAWAY from the server followed by data on the same stream, the BIG-IP system does not forward that data to the client but rather sends RESET_STREAM.
The client does not get a proper response
1. Configure an NGINX server to handle two streams per connection 2. Virtual server with http2 profile 3. Send more than two requests on the same connection

The client should receive proper response.
