If BIG-IP is the Resource server, then it will not try another Introspect query after a failed one for the same auth token.
Fails to get the access to the resources.
If OAuth Server profile is configured for "Reuse Access Token" for BIG-IP as Resource server, then BIG-IP is not trying to retrospect the same auth token.
Disable "Reuse Access Token" in the OAuth Server OAuth profile.
