Symptoms

Upon system boot, chmand will publish incorrect information to mcpd regarding the mgmt interface (interface_media_active). The mgmt interface will be passing traffic normally, but if you query mcpd (e.g., 'tmsh show net interface') it will display incorrect information (mgmt interface will have 'media' showing as 'none').

Impact

Cosmetic only, no impact on the internal working.

Guest version - 15.1.8+ Host version - irrelevant

Workaround

Restarting the chmand service fixes the issue.
