Deleting a partition may cause the sync to peers to fail.
The sync of this change may fail on peers.
1. Have APM Provisioned 2. Create new partition and run config sync 3. Delete the partition and run config sync 4. Fails with error "01070829:5: Input error: Invalid partition ID request, partition does not exist"
Disable auto-sync on the device group if it's enabled, delete the partition on all of the peers, and re-enable auto-sync.
