Statistics for a rewrite profile are zeroes when using it in LTM with rewrite-uri-translation mode

URI translation is working but there are no statistics. All statistics are set to zero on "tmctl profile_rewrite_stat -w 240"

LTM usecase with "Rewrite Profile". Configure rewrite-uri-translation for "Rewrite Profile".
