Symptoms

When creating iRule with command "IP::idle_timeout 0" mcpd reports an error message similar to: May 17 07:00:53 bigip.local warning mcpd[9215]: 01071859:4: Warning generated : /Common/test.irule:13: warning: [The following errors were not caught before. Please correct the script in order to avoid future disruption. "invalid argument 0; expected syntax spec:"1077 19][IP::idle_timeout 0]

mcpd displays unnecessary LTM logs with a warning message
