When a client sends a SIP Invite message that contains an invalid character in the username of the From or To: From: <sip:alice#@10.1.1.1... BIG-IP returns 480 error message rather than 400 Bad Request

Impact

Rather than 400 error message, it is 480 Temporarily unavailable.
