Symptoms

While accessing the iApp Components tab, the system displays the following error: An error has occurred while trying to process your request.

Impact

Unable to view or modify iApps using GUI iApps > Application Services > Applications screen.

Conditions

1. The custom iApp is configured but not in the Common Partition. 2. The iApp has a policy that refers to a pool from the Common partition.

Workaround

There is no workaround to actaully view the components of the iApp, however it is still possible to reconfigure the iApp by 1. Navigate to the following location in the GUI: Local Traffic -> Virtual Server List 2. Click the Application Link > Reconfigure.
