In-TMM monitors, the time-until-up attribute may take longer than the configured value to transition a monitor to the available state.
For in-TMM monitors, the time-until-up attribute may take longer than the configured value to transition a monitor to the available state. As a result, the monitored object may be marked as available sometime after the configured interval. In some cases, the monitor may never recover.
