The confd endpoint's 'show system health' API invocation fails as the callpointer is not registered by the respective service.
The specific confd endpoint for which registration is stuck would fail. In this case, the "show system health components component" fails and the respective health info is missing for the GUI too.
The diag-agent service is stuck in an infinite loop while registering the callpoint (either show system health or any other API) due to some race condition hit leading to the respective confd endpoint failing.
Restart the diag-agent service to perform the registration again, and the confd endpoint invocation succeeds.
