External monitors, and also some built-in database (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) monitors may fail to correctly track pool member status (e.g., a member not returning to up after a backend outage).
Pool members monitored by external monitors or built-in database monitors may show incorrect status, potentially routing traffic to unavailable members or marking available members as down.
