An APM session may unexpectedly time out and terminate both Portal Access (PA) and the associated Network Access (NA) session, even though the user remains active and there is ongoing traffic through the Network Access tunnel The session may be redirected to the APM logout page with hangup error 12289
The entire APM session may be terminated prematurely, causing both the PA resource and active Network Access connection to be disconnected despite continued Network Access activity
