When an ASM security policy with IP Intelligence enabled is exported in JSON format, the exported policy cannot be imported successfully
The import failure is associated with the description for the "Tor Proxies" category in the IP Intelligence. This appears to be a regression of Bug 1632385. After the fix for that bug, the exported description for "Tor Proxies" changed from "originator’s" to "originator’s," which is causing the import failure
When an ASM security policy with IP Intelligence enabled is exported in JSON format
Workaround is to replace originator’s with originator\u00e2\u0080\u0099s and the import will be successful
