An iControl LX extension package may fail to download when the extension URL uses an IP address over HTTPS
The BIG-IP system cannot download the iControl LX extension package, and the extension installation fails Existing installed iControl LX applications are not affected
This can occur when: - The extension URL uses an IP address - The HTTPS server uses a self-signed or untrusted certificate - The certificate does not match the IP address used in the URL
Use an FQDN with a trusted certificate, or ensure the certificate is trusted and its SAN matches the hostname or IP address used in the URL
