- The Configuration utility (GUI) stops responding and remains unresponsive indefinitely. The browser does not load any page and eventually times out - Command line access using SSH and tmsh continues to work normally, and traffic processing is unaffected
The Configuration utility is unavailable and does not recover. You cannot manage the system through the browser until you restart the web server. Traffic processing is not affected
- BIG-IP 21.1.0+ - Multiple concurrent requests to the Configuration utility or the REST API
Restart the web server from the command line: restart sys service httpd This restores access to the Configuration utility.
