Symptoms

Mac RDP client 10.x shows credentials prompt when SSO-enabled native RDP resource is launched from the APM Webtop. If the user enters credentials manually, the RDP client will display an error message.

Impact

RDP resource cannot be launched.

Conditions

-- Mac RDP client is of version 10.x (e.g., 10.1.6). -- Native RDP resource is assigned to the webtop. -- SSO is enabled on the RDP Resource.

Workaround

Add the following to 'Custom Parameters' of SSO-enabled RDP resources: full address:s:%{session.server.network.name} promptcredentialonce:i:1

Fix Information

SSO-enabled native RDP resources now can be launched from APM Webtop with Mac RDP client 10.2.0.
