Symptoms

TMM undergoes core dump after a disabled policy has a new rule added.

Impact

TMM restarts. Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

Conditions

-- Add a rule to disabled PEM policy. -- Enable the PEM policy, and this policy is applied by PCRF. -- Traffic is generated for this subscriber.

Workaround

Modify a PEM policy only when the policy is enabled.
