Symptoms

Immediately following a fresh BIG-IP install to a BIG-IP system with physical/cloudhsm integration, a nethsm key/cert-enabled SSL client profile cannot be applied to a virtual server. The system reports the following error messages: Profile /Common/c.1 - cannot load key/cert/chain: /config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/certificate_key_d/:Common:k1_61411_1//config/filestore/files_d/Common_d/certificate_d/:Common:k1_61414_1/: Not found. warning tmm1[19027]: 01260009:4: Connection error: hud_ssl_handler:1149: invalid profile (40)

Impact

Virtual server enabled with cloud/physical HSM key/cert cannot be configured.

Conditions

Apply a client SSL profile with cloud/physical HSM key/cert.

Workaround

Restart tmm after the fresh install: bigstart restart tmm
