Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

Conditions

Fetching a non-configured 3GPP-RAT-TYPE subscriber attribute using an iRule.

Workaround

Dont use an iRule to fetch 3GPP-RAT-TYPE subscriber attribute if 3GPP-RAT-TYPE is not set.

Fix Information

Return empty 3GPP-RAT-TYPE subscriber attribute if 3GPP-RAT-TYPE is not set.
