Symptoms

Client connections to an APM virtual server is reset after license is reactivated on vCMP host. The following error logs showed up in vCMP guest /var/log/apm: Jerr tmm2[2666]: 01490514:3: (null):Common:00000000: Access encountered error: ERR_NOT_FOUND. Impact

APM clients will not be able to log in.

Conditions

-- APM configured -- License is reactivated on vCMP host.

Workaround

Disassociate and then re-associate the APM profile with the virtual server.

Fix Information

Profile license namespace will be recreated if found missing.
