When running the following command in confd: show running-config tenants tenant dag-tenant config nodes One of the fields displayed is tenant-instance-ids. The ID is displayed even after deleting the tenant instance.
The tenant instance ID is still displayed. This is cosmetic and there is no functional impact.
Add a tenant and then delete it.

The active tenant list is now displayed properly.
