It is possible to set the heartbeat action for keymgmtd to go-offline and restart-all.
The values go-offline and restart-all are set successfully which are not acceptable heartbeat actions for keymgmtd. No warning messages occur, even though the actions are not acceptable.
This occurs when you run either the following commands: tmsh modify sys daemon-ha keymgmtd heartbeat-action go-offline tmsh modify sys daemon-ha keymgmtd heartbeat-action restart-all
