When you change the pool member status on BIG-IQ you will see the status momentarily change back and forth on the pool properties page until it stabilizes
This is a transient issue. It auto-corrects to the right status within 5 minutes.
This occurs when the BIG-IP system managed by BIG-IQ contains a large configuration with thousands of pool members
