Config fails to load.

Impact

Config file fails to load. For the gtmd configuration, gtmd repeatedly logs error messages similar to: err gtmd[14954]: 011af002:3: TMSTAT error 'Invalid argument' creating row '/Common/vs_45_53' in table 'gtm_vs_stat' For merged daemon, reports messages similar to: err merged[9166]: 011b0900:3: TMSTAT error tmstat_row_create: Invalid argument.

Conditions

-- Platforms with Platform FIPS license enabled. -- There are several ways to encounter this. One is with a large GTM (DNS) configuration that requires extending the gtmd stats file.
