Symptoms

Hardware does not support ICMPv6 protocol by virtual server DOS (Dos profile attached to virtual server).

Impact

ICMPv6 Packets will be mitigated as per configuration but will not be reported in stats table

Conditions

-- BIG-IP hardware platform -- Virtual server configured with a DoS profile -- ICMPv6 traffic reaches the virtual server
