You cannot use BIG-IQ as intended and GUI may be inaccessible
You have setup a BIG-IQ from scratch via a clean installation (not an upgrade) in an environment where DHCP is not available. Note: Though BIG-IQ supports a single NIC configuration starting in version 8.0.0, it does not support upgrading an existing BIG-IQ with a single NIC to version 8.0.0. See ID1010525
