On the license screen, the Reactivate button is greyed out for a given BIG-IP license
You are no longer able to reactivate the license and manage the assignments under the license offering. The only option is to delete the license entirely.
This happens if you press the Back button in the browser before accepting the EULA during the activation process.
To resolve this issue, replace properties in the URL visible in the address bar with reactivation: -- Navigate to Devices, License Management, Licenses -- Click on the blue name of the license in the "pending" state -- Note the URL or address in the browser bar: https://<IP>/ui/devices/license-management/licenses/properties/Utility/E5444-08746-58941-63421-6516818 -- Replace the word "properties" with "reactivation": https://<IP>/ui/devices/license-management/licenses/reactivation/Utility/E5444-08746-58941-63421-6516818 The page which loads is the License activation page and you can continue to license the devices normally.
