The process check fails and users are unable to log in

Conditions

-- BIG-IP is provisioned with APM -- An access policy macOS process name check pattern length is 17-bytes or more (e.g. qualys-cloud-agent, 18-bytes long). -- The length of the process name (excluding location directory) running on the macOS client is 17-bytes or larger (e.g. qualys-cloud-agent, 18-bytes long).

Workaround

Change the access policy Mac Process detection pattern to 16-characters or less (e.g. ("qualys-cloud-age*"))
