Symptoms

After gathering a qkview from a BIG-IQ data collection device and uploading it to iHealth.f5.com, iHealth displays "xxxx.qkview failed processing"

Impact

Qkview process fails on iHealth.f5.com.

Workaround

Downgrade the lsof version to v4.82 on BIG-IQ DCD: 1. Download lsof version v4.82. 2. Replace system lsof file: #mount -o remount,rw /usr #cp /sbin/lsof /sbin/lsof.org #cp /var/tmp/lsof /sbin/lsof.old #cp /sbin/lsof.old /sbin/lsof #mount -o remount,ro /usr
