Users assigned to a non-Administrative role can see the scheduling option for reports, but cannot create a schedule.

Unable to schedule a report.

When a non-Administrative role is assigned to a user and they attempt to create a report schedule.

Users assigned to a role that does not have permission to schedule reports will no longer see the report schedule option.
