After upgrading a BIG-IQ HA configuration, authorization fails to the standby BIG-IQ which results in communication failure to the standby BIG-IQ to BIG-IP devices.
The standby BIG-IQ cannot communicate with managed BIG-IP devices.
Upgrading BIG-IQ HA configuration to v8.1.0.
Remove and re-add the BIG-IP devices.
This issue is fixed in BIG-IQ v8.1.0.1
