When the RAID status changes because a disk fails, the disk is pulled without being removed from the RAID, or when RAID rebuild completes, the new status is not updated to be visible in tmsh.
'tmsh show sys raid' output might show disk as ok when it has actually failed, or may show the disk as undefined when it is actually ok.
