Symptoms

Searching for an IPv6 address with "::" fails.

Impact

You are unable to search for these addresses if many IPV6 address have a "::" combination.

Conditions

IPV6 address has at least two zeros to represent "::".

Workaround

Use a wildcard ("*") instead of "::" when searching for an IP address. For example, if a virtual-address is 2001:db8::f5, you can search for "2001:db8*f5" or "2001:db8:*:f5".
