Symptoms

Trying to save a UCS configuration fails with an error: TSocket::open() connect() <Host: localhost Port: 9090>Connection refused Error during config save. Unexpected Error: UCS saving process failed.

Impact

Configuration save fails.

Conditions

-- An AVR-scheduled report was not deleted before un-provisioning all AVR-related modules. -- Save the UCS configuration.

Workaround

-- Re-provision AVR related module. -- Delete AVR scheduled-report(s). -- Un-provision AVR related module. * Note: This might result in an error message while saving the configuration later.
