The i5x00/i7x00/i10x00/i11x00 series platform may experience HSB CRC errors. This is reported in the LTM logs: crit tmm2[14030]: 01010025:2: Device error: hsbe2 hsb_lbb0 hde2_crc_errs count 1738. This results in an high availability (HA) event, either go-offline-downlinks or a reboot depending on the BIG-IP version.

When this condition occurs, the system is taken offline, requiring either manual intervention if the high availability (HA) action is to go-offline-downlinks or a disruption of traffic if the high availability (HA) action is reboot.
