When changes are made to the default bundle manager (ca-bundle) using the GUI, the changes are not saved to /config/bigip.conf
Reloading the config after a reboot, upgrade, or UCS restore does not load the changed values.
Using the GUI to make modifications to any value in the default ca-bundle: System->Certificate Management->Traffic Certificate Management->Bundle Manager List->ca-bundle
Use tmsh to make changes to the default ca-bundle
