After downgrading a VELOS system from F5OS-C v1.3.0 to v1.2.x, various platform services might fail to start.
Various platform services might fail to start.
After upgrading to F5OS-C v1.3.0, then downgrading to an earlier version.
It may be necessary to rebuild the OpenShift cluster on the affected VELOS system controllers. If that does not fix the issue, intervention from F5 might be required.
This issue no longer occurs.
