Upgrading VELOS from F5OS-C 1.2.2 to 1.3.0 caused partition containers to go in crashbackoffloop back. This can be checked by running this command: oc get pods --all-namespaces |grep -i crash
Traffic is impacted.
After upgrading to F5OS-C 1.3.0, tenant datapath interfaces do not come up.
Restarting the chassis partition, that is, disabling and enabling the chassis partition fixes the issue.
