The local users password policy max-duration is reset to the default value instead of syncing with the local password policy max-duration.

The local users password policy max-duration is reset to default value for the secondary/standby server of a BIG-IP high availability (HA) having External auth(Radius, TACACS,..) in use or for a standby server using "load sys config" command for user-info update.

External auth(RADIUS, TACACS,...) is in use and user-info (including password) is updated using "load sys config" command from tmsh.
