If the destination address is a single server, then the accounting info is sent to only the particular server. If the destination has multiple servers, then the accounting info is sent to all servers irrespective of the setting "auth tacacs system-auth accounting"
You are unable to use send-to-first server functionality
Select multiple destination addresses and change the "auth tacacs system-auth accounting" to send-to-first-server, the accounting information is sent to all the destination servers.
