Fixed In:

Opened: Apr 20, 2022

Severity: 3-Major

Symptoms

The BIG-IP forwards HTTP request headers to pool member, but does not forward the request body. This results in a connection stall, and the connection eventually timing out and failing.

Impact

HTTP transaction fails; traffic does not pass.

Conditions

-- Virtual server with HTTP/2 full proxy configured (HTTP MRF router is enabled, and HTTP/2 profile present on virtual server). -- Virtual server has request-logging profile assigned. -- Serverside connection uses HTTP/2. -- Client sends a request that includes a payload body (e.g. a POST).

Workaround

Remove the request-logging profile.
